Simply put, SMP is the perfect buzz that doesn’t grow back. We use medical-grade micro-tattooing to give you the appearance of a full head of hair, closely shaved to create a neat, clean & natural look. With a three or four initial sessions in the chair, and then a minor touch up once every three or four years, you’ll maintain a look that compliments your own style and boosts your confidence.
SMP is lightly applied to the two top layers of the skin, the epidermis and dermis, and is far less painful than a traditional tattoo. In our first session, you’ll be in the chair for around 3 to 4 hours while we map out your new hairline and begin working from the front, to your crown, to the back of your scalp with a light pigment. After every treatment, we use Low-Level Light Therapy (LLLT) to improve your recovery, and walk you through a skincare routine to give you something to show off the very next day. You’ll be back in the chair roughly two weeks later for the main SMP treatment. We adjust to how you’ve healed through the first session, and work through a darker pigment to create your ideal look.
Another two weeks later, we get you back in for around three hours to apply the finishing touches to your SMP. We focus on blending for the perfect, even colour, touching up your hairline to give you a natural-grown look, and we adjust everything to be exactly as you prefer.
After we’ve seen how you’ve taken to your new look, we can perform a fourth session to fine-tune your look. Beyond our work, we give you a full run-down on protecting your SMP with skincare, shaving instructions, and advice on making your clean style last as long as possible. Around 3 to 4 years down the road, we’ll be back in touch for a simple refresh to keep you looking your best 24/7.

No, it’s not near the intensity of a tattoo, SMP treatments don’t penetrate as deeply as a regular tattoo would. We also provide a numbing gel and start with your hairline to reduce discomfort as much as we can. In fact, it’s not uncommon for people to fall asleep during the treatment.
We understand that convenience is a large factor for a lot of things in your life! But we believe that SMP is one of the few things where the process, dignity & privacy are more important.
